Data Analyst - customer trends (Virginia Beach, VA)

We are growing our team at Lumen Glen Facilities Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in work orders and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on cleaning schedules. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
