Data Analyst - customer trends (Virginia Beach, VA)

Highbridge Field Water Authority Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for water quality, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 55 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in water quality and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on capital projects.
