Data Analyst - customer trends (Virginia Beach, VA)

Clearpath Summit Early Learning runs childcare centres in Virginia Beach caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in licensing records and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on meal programmes. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Virginia Beach, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
