Data Analyst - customer trends (Virginia Beach, VA)

Foxglove Granite Financial serves customers across Virginia Beach with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in account servicing and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on loan applications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
