Data Analyst - customer trends (Virginia Beach, VA)

Rivermark Lantern Pharma is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for regulatory filings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on quality documentation. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
