Data Analyst - customer trends (Virginia Beach, VA)

Greenridge Amber Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Virginia Beach, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in tuition and subsidies and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on classroom supplies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
