Data Analyst - customer trends (Virginia Beach, VA)

Lumen Linden Facilities is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for contractor visits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in contractor visits and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on cleaning schedules. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
