Data Analyst - customer trends (Tulsa, OK)

We are growing our team at Cedar Juniper Arts Center and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 80 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in visitor services and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on volunteer programmes. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
