Data Analyst - customer trends (Tulsa, OK)

Harborlight Drift Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Tulsa. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 84 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Investigate trends in work orders and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on supply orders. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
