Data Analyst - customer trends (Tulsa, OK)

Fernwood West Telecom is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for network equipment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in network equipment and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on billing accounts. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
