Data Analyst - customer trends (Tulsa, OK)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Timber Learning Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Investigate trends in student accounts and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on school calendars. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
