Data Analyst - customer trends (Tulsa, OK)

Nova Kestrel Property Management is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for unit turnovers, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 171 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Investigate trends in unit turnovers and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on maintenance requests. • Python or R for analysis.
