Data Analyst - customer trends (Tulsa, OK)

We are growing our team at Lumen Wilder Early Learning Partners and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in meal programmes and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on enrolment. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
