Data Analyst - customer trends (Tulsa, OK)

Greenridge Granite Water Authority operates treatment plants and pipelines around Tulsa. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in billing accounts and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on water quality. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
