Data Analyst - customer trends (Tucson, AZ)

Redstone Corner Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Tucson area. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on school calendars. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
