Data Analyst - customer trends (Tucson, AZ)

Stonegate Umber Foods is a Tucson food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in ingredient orders and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on sanitation schedules. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
