Data Analyst - customer trends (Toledo, OH)

Redstone Quarry Farms is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for cold storage, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in cold storage and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on harvest schedules. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
