Data Analyst - customer trends (Toledo, OH)

Cedar Cross Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Toledo, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in work orders and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on customer sites. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
