Data Analyst - customer trends (Toledo, OH)

Greenridge Kestrel Community Partners is a nonprofit in Toledo supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 167 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in donor records and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on client intake. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
