Data Analyst - customer trends (Toledo, OH)

Greenridge River Manufacturing is a Toledo manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 79 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on scrap and rework. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
