Data Analyst - customer trends (Toledo, OH)

Fernwood Cross Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Toledo serving households and small businesses, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 40 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in loan files and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on deposit accounts. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
