Data Analyst - customer trends (Toledo, OH)

Clearpath Meridian Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Toledo. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on ingredient orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
