Data Analyst - customer trends (Tampa, FL)

Westbrook Sable Water Authority supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Tampa and nearby communities, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in billing accounts and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on pipe repairs. • Python or R for analysis.
