Data Analyst - customer trends (Tampa, FL)

Fernwood Cross Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Tampa area, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Investigate trends in reviews and feedback and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on supplier orders. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
