Data Analyst - customer trends (Tampa, FL)

Harborlight Ember Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Tampa region. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on temp assignments. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
