Data Analyst - customer trends (Tampa, FL)

Rivermark Ridge Auto Group is a Tampa company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in parts orders and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on service appointments. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
