Data Analyst - customer trends (Tampa, FL)

Greenridge Beacon Community Partners is a nonprofit in Tampa supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in donor records and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
