Data Analyst - customer trends (Tampa, FL)

Fernwood Juniper Transit Planning Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for survey data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on accessibility audits. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
