Data Analyst - customer trends (Tampa, FL)

Stonegate Fox Community Partners is a Tampa charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in food distribution and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on benefits enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
