Data Analyst - customer trends (Tampa, FL)

Greenridge Rook Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Tampa, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in learning materials and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on attendance records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
