Data Analyst - customer trends (Tampa, FL)

We are growing our team at Lumen Rook Manufacturing and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in work orders and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on customer orders. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
