Data Analyst - customer trends (Tampa, FL)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Hollow Environmental Services Partners and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate trends in weigh tickets and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on recycling loads. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
