Data Analyst - customer trends (Tampa, FL)

Cedar Meridian Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Tampa. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in constituent requests and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on budget submissions. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
