Data Analyst - customer trends (Tampa, FL)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Orchard Transit Planning and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Investigate trends in accessibility audits and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on survey data. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
