Data Analyst - customer trends (Tampa, FL)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Junction Community Partners and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in client intake and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on grant reporting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
