Data Analyst - customer trends (St. Louis, MO)

Redstone Nest Staffing connects candidates and employers across the St. Louis region. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 200 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in candidate screening and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on temp assignments. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
