Data Analyst - customer trends (St. Louis, MO)

Silverline Oak Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around St. Louis. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on budget submissions. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
