Data Analyst - customer trends (St. Louis, MO)

Nova Harbor Telecom Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for billing accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate trends in billing accounts and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on network equipment. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
