Data Analyst - customer trends (St. Louis, MO)

Northwind Junction Property Management looks after rental homes across the St. Louis area, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would join a large organisation of about 723 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in resident events and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on lease renewals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
