Data Analyst - customer trends (St. Louis, MO)

Rivermark Linden Energy Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for hardship programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Investigate trends in hardship programmes and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on outage response. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
