Data Analyst - customer trends (St. Louis, MO)

Nova Wilder Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around St. Louis, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Investigate trends in vehicle inspections and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
