Data Analyst - customer trends (St. Louis, MO)

We are growing our team at Summit Basin Foods and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Investigate trends in production batches and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on sanitation schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
