Data Analyst - customer trends (St. Louis, MO)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Sparrow Environmental Services and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in fleet maintenance and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on recycling loads. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
