Data Analyst - customer trends (St. Louis, MO)

Northwind Bridge Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around St. Louis, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would join a large organisation of about 673 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on client records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
