Data Analyst - customer trends (St. Louis, MO)

Highbridge Oak Health runs clinics and patient services around St. Louis, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Investigate trends in insurance authorisations and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on patient education.
