Data Analyst - customer trends (Spokane, WA)

Silverline Quarry Energy is an energy provider in Spokane focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in billing disputes and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on meter readings. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
