Data Analyst - customer trends (Spokane, WA)

Fernwood Keystone Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Spokane, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in field inspections and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on certifications. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
