Data Analyst - customer trends (Spokane, WA)

Silverline Amber Property Management Group is a Spokane property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 111 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in unit turnovers and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
