Data Analyst - customer trends (Spokane, WA)

Nova Vale Staffing is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for retention, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Investigate trends in retention and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on onboarding. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
