Data Analyst - customer trends (Spokane, WA)

Redstone Orchard Energy is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for usage data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 993 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in usage data and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on billing disputes.
